You know, there is little to beat the exhilarating feeling of coming to the realization that you can have whatever you want, be whatever you wish to be and do anything you like.

The problem for most people is they don’t believe it is possible for them.

The issue for the vast majority of people is that they don’t consider that success is feasible for them to attain yet if you were to look for evidence to show that achieving these goals is possible you will find plenty of it.

Conversely if you search for proof that to have whatever you want, wish to be or to do can’t be achieved then you’ll also find that too.

You are going to learn over the coming days through this course, that not only is success attainable for you, it is in fact inescapable.  But only if you determine that it will happen.  Only if you are primed to go for it.  If you aren’t, don’t bother going any further with this course.

You will be doing quite a bit of thinking, writing and reviewing in the course, so be prepared!

For those of you wanting to give it a go and having the determination to succeed, your journey begins right now.

Part 1 - Ignorance

A little bit of housework before we begin – go and find yourself a notebook you can dedicate to working through this course. It doesn’t have to be expensive although I know personally that having a good quality book and pen makes the writing and participation seem more special!  But, hey, that’s me.  Something cheap and simple will do. Just make sure it is reserved solely for this course.

OK let’s get started.

There is a saying that Ignorance is Bliss.  I don’t subscribe to that idiom, for me and for you it is important to recognize that it isn’t bliss.  Knowledge is.

In the context of this course, knowledge of exactly how your life is right now will enable you to appreciate the things that you are doing well, to understand why good things are happening to you and what is making you feel great.

Knowledge will enable you to recognize those things that you are dissatisfied with, the things that are holding you back,  That same understanding will however empower feelings of motivation within you to overcome those difficulties and to help you concentrate on the positives in your life.

So, as a first exercise take some time to think about then write down what it is that you are a) happy with and b) unhappy with, and the reasons why, in respect of:

  • health
  • relationships
  • money
  • work
  • passion/energy
